Our Production Process

Our Production Process

"We meticulously plan the production of all items coming out of our factory, and closely monitor numerous checkpoints at every stage of the process in our efforts to maintain a quality that surpasses our clients' expectations."

Fiber Segregation and Inspection

Fibers are graded according to the classification system provided by the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), the government agency that oversees the Philippine fiber industry. Fibers are also inspected for and cleansed from various irregularities and external particles.

Fiber Preparation

Different fiber grades are blended on a conveyor, the proportions of which depend on the desired color and strength characteristics of the rope to be manufactured. The mixed fibers are lubricated with cordage oil, and are made to go through a series of combing action to form uniform slivers.

Yarn Spinning

Slivers are spun into yarns.

Final Rope Making Operation

Two or more yarns are twisted together in the opposite direction of the yarn twist to form strands. Three or four strands are twisted together in the opposite direction of the strand twist to form ropes.

Packaging

Ropes are packed either in cartons or polypropylene wrappers bearing the brand name, product details, and all other pertinent markings and labels specified by the customer.
